Best gluten free option at AUS.
Staff is trained on how to handle gluten allergy orders. If you tell them you have Celiac (gluten-free) and are concerned about cross contamination, they will make your meal in the back in a separate area away from bread. Everything on the menu is gluten free. Next time I fly through Austin I'll be stopping here again.
