I just tried Salt Pizzeria for the first time and I'll tell you right now, it was the first of many! This is truly a cut above the common pizzas you find around here, it is restaurant style, excellent pizza with traditional Italian ingredients like prosciutto, soppressata, bocconcini, funghi, and even nduja (if you don't know those things, which some I did not, they are worth looking up). I am gluten sensitive, lactose sensitive, and allergic to MSG, but didn't have any issues. I can't wait to get another pizza from them. I want one now!
