Melt in your mouth filet served by an excellent waiter, Zander! When the ladies in our group inquired if the range rattlers were breaded, he kindly recommended the gluten-free option, meeting our keto needs. And they were absolutely delicious!!

TJ our server was great, I asked a few questions about breading and he offered to show me the gluten-free menu. He also knew the various options and types of butter available, and steered me towards a very good recommendation. Great employee and good first visit to this steakhouse.

Saltgrass used to be our FAVORITE place to eat ribeye the last few years. Unfortunately, it’s gone downhill. Our steaks were over cooked. When we told the server she had us taste it because she said the grey center color was deceiving 🤔 We have ordered so many ribeyes there we know exactly what it should look like. The mac and cheese is now gluten free? When did that happen?? It was dried out and NOT creamy at all. No smokey flavor. Even the mashed potatoes tasted stale. Three of our four dinners had to go back to the kitchen. The biggest let down we’ve had in a long time. Especially for the price.
