Saltgrass Steak House

We had such a fantastic experience at Saltgrass Steak House thanks to the incredible service from Shelby. Our party of six had a few dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy allergies), and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us with care and patience. Shelby was especially helpful—she walked us through the menu and made sure every single person felt comfortable and taken care of. I ordered the sirloin with sweet potato fries, and it was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. My friend raved about the truffle fries, and honestly, I couldn’t resist stealing a few… they were that good! I also tried the Rosa Paloma, but swapped the tequila for Tito’s vodka—highly recommend if you're into something refreshing with a little twist. Shelby was such a warm and attentive server throughout the evening, checking in at all the right times without ever being intrusive. Also not to mention the host McKenna was truly the definition of a great host—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in Great food, top-notch service, and a team that truly cares. Can’t wait to come back!

Definitely worth the trip! Everyone’s steak was cooked just the way we asked and tasted delicious! The steak was seasoned well and had a great char to them! The sides were decent, my baked potato lacked some salt but overall was good. The others at the table got mashed potatoes or broccoli and they said it could’ve also had more flavor/ broccoli cooked better. They did have GF bread to bring to the table as well which is always a plus if you are gluten free! We also got the cheese fries and those were great! For parking if the driver can drop you off it would be nice, the parking spots are located a little far away.
