Saltgrass Steak House

Have dinner there almost every Friday. Always ask for Rudy as our Server. I have celiac disease and he always makes sure my food is safe and gluten free. Always takes sick great care of us. I will even wait until he has seats available in his sections. Thanks Rudy!!

Very attentative! We had a gluten question about an item, when they were getting our drinks. Then w/o asking, we were presented w/Gluten Sensitive Menus. It was wonderful! They were so careful that either the manager, or chef came out and discussed the specific steak my husband ordered b/c the seasoning/sauce they make for that one has a small amount of flour mixed in. This is something that would've made me very sick, and I was greatly appreciative! My husband's gluten sensitivity isn't as severe as my allergy, so he was okay w/this very miniscule amount. I would NOT have been! We are so grateful for a restaurant to take such care, and concern for allergies, especially when we had not been clearly outspoken about our allergies. They allowed us to feel like this was a normal, everyday thing for them. Most restaurants make us feel like our allergies are a burden to them, NOT Saltgrass! They even brought plenty of GF Bread to our table! I highly recommend this Steak House!!
