Saltgrass Steak House

Carla like always greeted us with her gorgeous smile and seated us with no wait. Cody was an excellent server and took special care to make sure my celiac disease was taken seriously providing me a special menu and excellent service. The meal as usual was amazing. Kudos to the kitchen for a perfect steak. Saltgrass is always a great choice!

I did appreciate that Saltgrass was able to provide a gluten free roll to our child with Celiac, as well as a cheeseburger with a gluten free bun. This was very exciting for her and made her night. She did not appear to experience any negative symptoms with her celiac after eating there. The majority of our party were pretty happy with our food and dessert options. However, my senior aged in-laws ordered the "Fall off the bone" ribs and complained that they were not soft and tender and certainly were not falling off the bone. Overall they had a difficult time eating their ribs and were very disappointed in their dinner selection. In hindsight, I wish we had insisted that they send the ribs back and asked them to select another entree. I have never tried the "Fall off the bone" ribs, so I'm not sure if it was off night for Saltgrass as far as the ribs..
