I would like to point out that this review is due solely and exclusively to the behavior of the man at the checkout, who I presume to be the owner. I am a celiac girl, I had ordered a gluten-free beer and they brought me one with gluten telling me that it was fine; I trusted it, I drank it a bit, then at a certain point by chance I read "barley malt" among the ingredients and I realized that it wasn't indicated anywhere whether the beer was gluten free or not. Fortunately I am asymptomatic, the waitresses were very kind and apologised, explaining that it was the fault of whoever sold the beer. However, I thought that at this point, to compensate for the damage, they wouldn't make me pay for the beer, given that I drank something that was harmful to me due to a lack of attention from the waiters, but obviously I was wrong. The owner, after I also complained to him, offered me a €1 discount and when I mentioned that what happened was serious he replied "okay, go away". Saying "go away" is a lack of respect as well as a demonstration of unique rudeness, especially towards a customer who has taken a toxic substance through no fault of his own. The problem isn't even about money, because I was willing to pay for my gluten-free beer, but I felt that this was the bare minimum to "make up for" the mistake I made before. But hearing me say “go away” really gave me chills, very rude.
