We had the best food. But our service with Tim was exceptional. I am gluten free and they were careful and well informed. We don't get many date nights so we are particular with where we spend them. We absolutely will be back. The caprese was to die for, one of my all time favorites! Thank you for taking care of us.

Salute used to be 5 star, but now it is zero because it does not have a gluten free pasta like most Italian restaurants, making the menu limiting. We will have to go elsewhere in the future.
