As someone who is gluten free it can be hard to find a place that is as accommodating as Salute. They have GF pasta, bread, pizza, and dessert. Everyone on staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. I have been here many times and it is always great.

As someone who has Celiac's it's hard enough to find food from anywhere (when eating out) with good options. It's awesome that they have options but the portion is much smaller than paninis that are not gf. It would be better if it was as big as the regular paninis. Or change the price to be the same as regular paninis. Doesn't make sense to pay more money for less food :( thanks for your nice service though!
