Review update. After I tried to leave a review to kindly inform the owner of a gluten issue with my order, he came back very aggressive with his response. Now not only will I drop the ratings, I will not visit this restaurant or recommend to anyone. You should try to work things out with your customers, not lay the blame on them. I will stick with the upscale service of Terelli's and gladly pay more to someone who seems to care more about their customers. Sad for you to have burned your bridge with good customers.
I generally don't like to give poor ratings to up and coming businesses, but let me explain why. The food, service and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. The Teresa Rigatoni was perfect, the Capone was such a compliment to the dish itself. Ernis was a very kind waiter who was very respectful. But here's the one thing I have to make the management or owner aware of. A gluten allergy is a very serious condition for some people i.e. myself. On our drive home from such a wonderful evening was shattered by the sudden hot feeling and abdominal swelling. Followed by a painful pinch in my stomach. I know those symptoms very well as I've had this condition for many years. Knowing what was going on I checked my receipt from the restaurant and low and behold. The culprit was there. No gluten free pasta upcharge. Now I have to go through 72 hours of hell because of this careless mistake. Please inform your employees that this is a serious matter for some people and this is the price people pay for someone being careless.
