I'm eating Carnivore atm and requested the triple burgers be built on a load of lettuce. The gentleman gently asked if it was gluten I was trying to avoid because they offer a gluten-free bun. I replied, "No, I'd prefer no bun at all, if you can." He happily obliged. Had a triple and a chicken burger. A little on the expensive side (over $22 for two burgers, although one was a triple patty) but tasty, nonetheless!
