Sam's of Gedney Way

Food is and service is always good. They are particular good with my gluten intolerance. I like trying new places but never am unhappy to come back to this staple.

Sam's has been a familiar lunch and dinner spot on Gedney for many years. I had kind of stopped dining out much during the worst of the pandemic, and upon returning to Sam's, was very pleasantly surprised by all the changes and renovations that had occurred. They managed to preserve what was great about the old Sam's, but provide meaningful upgrades in every respect. The interior and outdoor patio area have been beautifully renovated. The menu retains many traditional favorites, but also offers an abundance of new and inspired dishes. The atmosphere is comfortable enough to just pop in for a bite, yet elegant enough to also serve as destination for a special occasion or family gathering. In fact, Sam's has become a go to destination when friends and family visit; the service is great, and the way they effortlessly accommodate vegan or gluten free requests is especially appreciated. We've enjoyed several wonderful lunches and dinners there in recent months, and eagerly look forward to our next visit!
