Samba is fantastic. All of the meat was sooo good and the salad bar was also fantastic. They label everything on the salad bar with tags saying what it is and a gf for gluten free which is wonderful!! They also label df for dairy free I believe too. We got a bottle of wine while waiting for our table and the bartender carried ot upstairs for us when we were seated which was great. The grilled Pineapple is a MUST! The service was great, as soon as we flipped our thing to green people were there quickly with meat.

We celebrated my aunt's birthday with a big gathering for brunch. The food was delicious! The cheesy bread bites (a Brazilian specialty and naturally gluten-free) and grilled pineapple were my favorites, but the meat, and everything on the buffet was amazing!
