Samurai Sushi Hibachi Steakhouse

Hello to all my gluten free and Celiac friends, we visited the hibachi place. Unfortunately I wasn't able to have any of the hibachi because it was impossible with like the soy and the noodles they were cooking, but I was able to order some of the sushi as seen in the picture. No crab. It was just the veggie sushi. Our sweet server. I believe her name was ivy. She said I can do hibachi but they would cook it in the back away from the cross-contamination. They did have the gluten-free soy sauce which was delicious. And I really enjoyed the show overall 5 out of five.

The atmosphere is great at this restaurant is great. It's clean and as soon as you walk in you are created by friendly staff. There were three of us in my party. We decided to sit on the live hibachi side. The server was very sweet and attentive. She got us our drinks right away. We got the lychee martinis. They were pretty good. Two of us ordered salmon and one chicken. The hibachi chef was very entertaining and interactive. The yum yum sauce was different from most of the other places that we've been to, but we got some hot sauce to balance the mayo taste. I can't have gluten, so I asked him to cook my rice separately. He ended up cooking them very closely and using the same spatula. One noodle actually got mixed into the rice, and sure enough, I got it. We all got soup.. She was so kind to switch our soups because we don't eat beef, and the salad was a nice way to start a meal. The portions are huge. They will definitely last you through dinner the next day. As far as the food itself, I personally couldn't eat it. It was way too salty, and that is all you taste. The rice was good and I did enjoy that.
