I ordered a Rueben on Udis GF bread.
I asked them to please note “Gluten Allergy”.
Took 30 mins to receive after I ordered.
I was really sick within 20 min of eating 1/2 of my sandwich due to gluten exposure.
They did use 4 slices, which I appreciate but it seems they didn’t follow an allergy protocol. Couldn’t see so I don’t know.
Need to note:
The girl at the register was unpleasant. Made it uncomfortable to order ‘cause her expression made it look like she hated her job. Poor customer service. Another lady was nice, but she wasn’t at the register.
I stopped here because I was at a work event around the corner and they had nothing I could eat available.
I needed something quick and easy and I heard SF deli had GF options.
Was a fail.
Won’t eat here again.
