A truly excellent typical Valtellina restaurant! If you want to live an authentic experience, I recommend you opt for the Accademia menu. Consisting of an appetizer of bresaola and sciatt, followed by 'all you can eat' pizzoccheri, a selection of local cheeses, a homemade dessert, water and wine, all at a price of between 30 and 40 euros per person. What is truly surprising, however, is that all dishes, without exception, are prepared gluten-free and, incredibly, they are truly delicious! It is not easy to find restaurants that manage to combine Valtellina tradition with such a successful gluten-free offer. A culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to discover the true flavors of Valtellina without giving up anything!
