We just finished some of the best bowls of ice cream we have ever had. We tried the Lavender Honeycomb, the Tamarind, and the Vanilla. The balance of lavender flavor was perfect and the crunchy honeycombs were crazy good. The Tamarind was also a real highlight, with a surprising tang followed by an amazing aftertaste. The lady behind the counter also got us a clean ice cream scoop when we mentioned my wife is gluten free. How awesome is that?!
