We got the 7 course chef's menu with wine pairings so we had no idea what we were getting, and we were absolutely blown away. My wife is gluten free and they were able to accommodate with the 7 course menu which we are very thankful for. I'm so embarrassed that I can't remember the server's name because she was fantastic and spoke to us about each course and the wine she chose to go with it, and each course got better and better. Awesome teamwork from FOH staff, the man who took us to our table was helping drop our food and wine, there was another server in addition to ours also taking our plates and replacing our silverware. Top class operation of fine dining expertise!
