Sangria 71

I visited Sangria 71 for the first time during restaurant week for my anniversary for lunch. We were there early and thought we would have the place to ourselves. But it filled up quickly. The mango sangria was recommended and did not disappoint!!! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and the menu indicated my gluten free choices. Also the chef was willing to make my food without dairy, actually they were willing to adjust to any request I made. The staff was lovely and it was a nice atmosphere for a celebration. The music helped as well. I also thought the prices were fair. We will definitely go again.

06/05/2024. Regularly a customer in commack. Had to meet a nyc person so went to Williston Park location. JUST AS EXCELLENT. Sept 33 2019 This place really deserves a 5 star. 1-clean well decorated. Impressive on arrival. Very warmly greeted by hostess immediately. Seated on arrival. Within 5 minutes warm bread with very fresh dipping oil with Spanish olives placed on table. Surprised how busy it was for a Monday night. Waiter very professional yet personable. Jordi was his name. Had complete knowledge of menu, as well as many Spanish foods. Made suggestion of house sangria. GREAT choice. Delicious with fresh fruit. NOT watered down. If we weren't driving would have had more. We both ordered pallea. They have 4 varieties. Big portions. Took half home. Came with salad. We also got 1 appatizer of fried Manchego cheese with honey. Very unique and delicious. No room for desert. OH! Lots of gluten free options too.
