The staff was truly lovely, and the food I was able to enjoy was very tasty. I do want to share a gentle but important note: several items are labeled gluten-free, but they’re prepared in a shared fryer, which means they’re not actually safe for those with celiac. There aren’t different “types” of celiac, and even small amounts of cross-contact can cause harm. I really hope you’ll consider adding a dedicated fryer. With that extra step, I’d be excited to come back more often and recommend your spot to others looking for safe gluten-free options as the flavors are just amazing.
