I’ve been here for a school trip this evening.
One of my classmates is CELIAC and this place OFFERED A GLUTEN FREE OPTION. The plates for those with ALLERGIES were served by name and she was handed a pizza said to be gluten free by the waitress. Halfaway through the dinner we realised that her pizza looked really similar to our pizzas (with gluten) and seemed to have a different dough that the orther gluten free ones at our table. The other two gluten free pizzas looked exactly the same while that one looked extremely different. We showed the waitress the plate with both the two dough where the difference was clear. The only thing she was able to tell was: “I don’t know what could have happened, it should have been gluten free”. My celiac classmate got SICK after eating that pizza, that clearly contained gluten. It is unacceptable to not be careful when dealing with allergies because it’s dangerous and really bad for the health of those involved. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
