great atmosphere! The service was unfortunately subpar; had to wait a lot for waiter to come back and check in. Also, all our food came out at different times and mine was lukewarm and my burger was way too rare. Finally, they had something marked gf on their menu that come to find out, has cross contamination with gluten. We used to love this place and heard it’s now under new management. unfortunately likely won’t be back Also, the added 3% removable surcharge feels like it’s taking advantage of customers. Because unless you see the fine print about it being added in, you don’t know it’s there…

I hosted a Bachelorette Brunch at Santo Cielo in their private room for 20 girls! I cannot rave enough about Santo Cielo! From the initial contact with Fabio, to him helping me choose a menu that would accommodate many dietary restrictions while staying in budget - Fabio was fantastic to work with! When we arrived to Santo Cielo, Stefanie, our waitress was amazing! She immediately offered help to set up the space and served drinks right away! She was also great about checking in when additional items were ordered to make sure I was aware of cost not to mention she was so much fun! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. A very bright, clean, and modern space. I brought in some flowers to match the theme, otherwise the space doesn't need much! The food and drinks were outstanding. We had a wide array of diners (vegetarian, gluten free, pescatarian) and drinkers, and everyone left feeling full and very satisfied. We even had a few pregnant attendees who raved about their mocktails! I hope to host an event at Santo Cielo again in the future as everything was perfect from start to finish!

We had an amazing server Karen she was so kind and offered amazing recommendations and just made the experience amazing! She continued to give amazing service while training a new employee and her trainee continued with her amazing attitude and kindness. I can’t wait to come back and have more drinks. I also have celiac disease and she made me feel completely comfortable about eating here! Fantastic service!! Thank you Karen!
