I read such great reviews about the service and didn't see it myself. We were hungry, I need gluten free and we didn't want to wait an hour for average food but that's what happened. The waiter was not attentive, barely seen at all while we waited an hour with only water.
One thing I dislike is when they tell you they can accommodate the gluten free diet with penne pasta as if that solves everything, I would like lasagna but they can't make that with penne pasta.
But that's most Italian restaurants.
The prices were high presumably because of the "fine dining", also not true, was average dining.
Not worth the wait or price, maybe you'd be ok if you brought your own bottle and got buzzed while you wait.
