Sapori Pizzeria & Italian Market

Pretty disappointed in our experience, especially for the price. I've been excited to try Sapori for their gluten free pizzas and it was recommended to try the Sophia Loren. Not only are there ingredients missing from the $30 pizza (including my whole reason for picking it, the fresh basil, cheese dallops, and hot honey), my husband ordered the lasagna and did not receive the salad that was supposed to come with the meal. Edited: thank you to the managers who read reviews. We were refunded our money so we increased our review to reflect the positive service.

I’ve been several times now, trying different menu items each time, and I’m always wowed. Their food is so good, and offering four different EXCELLENT crust options is impressive. Their gluten free pizza and chopped salad are both the best I’ve ever had. It’s nice to see a small business in Springfield have a steady flow of dine-in and pickup customers. They seem to be doing really well. Honorable mention: dessert selection of homemade cakes, cannolis, cookies, and gelato in the freezer
