I’ve been several times now, trying different menu items each time, and I’m always wowed. Their food is so good, and offering four different EXCELLENT crust options is impressive. Their gluten free pizza and chopped salad are both the best I’ve ever had. It’s nice to see a small business in Springfield have a steady flow of dine-in and pickup customers. They seem to be doing really well. Honorable mention: dessert selection of homemade cakes, cannolis, cookies, and gelato in the freezer

We were in Springfield for the weekend and Sapori was recommended by a friend. It definitely did not disappoint! We had The Moe Green on a gluten free crust and it was by far the best gluten free pizza I have ever had! The crust almost tasted like a soft pretzel and was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was quaint and everyone was really friendly. It’s worth every penny!
