0/10 do not recommend. I ordered ramen and my friend ordered sushi. The sushi looked like somebody just rolled rice with nothing in the middle and the pieces were HUGE. The ramen base was extremely salty and very dark, mushrooms were slimy and rubbery, the pork belly was ok at best, on top of that the water tasted like cleaner. Learned lesson , if anything on a sign says "American Cuisine" with hibachi and sushi, turn your car around. This was probably the worst food I've ever had at any establishment, and I'm not one to complain or turn things away. We tried their gluten free lava cake thinking it would give this establishment some redeeming qualities, it didn't and left a bad after taste, and almost had a rubbery texture. The best part of the experience was our waiter, she was very understanding and extremely kind when we explained our food was bad and even offered to replace it, but we had had enough, please save yourself $30-$50 and either eat at home or go literally anywhere else.

What a wonderful dining experience! I have celiac’s disease and the owner herself came to our table to discuss what would be safe gluten free options for me to eat on her menu and answer all my questions about how pots and pans are handled to avoid cross contamination. She took so much stress out of dining out for me (usually dining out isn’t really a safe option for me). The waiter provided wonderful service as well. Not only was there stellar service but the food was phenomenal. The plates looked like something you’d see served on the Food Network and they tasted like it too! We really enjoyed the atmosphere as well. On the dining side there were no televisions which was wonderful for date night conversations, On the bar side there are a couple TVs for those wanting to watch the game while eating. We would highly recommend this restaurant! We will definitely be back!
