Food was delicious! Lamb pot pie was excellent and the puff pastry came “on the side “ so it worked for gluten free.
I could have taken a vanilla bean crème brûlée bath. It was excellent from their in-house pastry chef.
AND, Torrey was the best server I’ve had in years!! Attentive (but not overly), friendly, professional! Like customer service used to be 20 years ago. I would give Sapphire a 10 out of 5 stars!
