Very busy Saturday night, atmosphere was great for Hudson. Nigiri rice was perfect, service was great. They did a great job with a gluten allergy. We'll be back!

Great sushi in the Midwest! Had a nice experience at Sapporo. No wait when we arrived. We were seated promptly. The waitress was very nice. She learned of my gluten allergy when I asked if they had tamari and she was able to offer substitutions for items that contained gluten, such as the imitation crab in the included California roll as well as their salad dressing. She was very quick to refill the water, clear plates, and bring the check. It was a very nice dining experience.
