Saquella Cafe

We had an outstanding lunch today at Saquella Cafe and Lupo and Barry took the best care of us. Everything was delicious and fresh. Most amazing-- we got educated about how Italian flour and bread and pasta preparation is totally different, and it's for Celiacs and anyone suffering from intolerance to gluten. Lupo makes his own delicious crusty fabulous Italian bread and pasta. Who knew that after 20 years of avoiding gluten I'd be able to enjoy dipping this delicious bread into olive oil! I've been coming here for years, and am glad to see Lupo's heart, passion and pride in his food and service as the new owner of this restaurant. We will be back soon. Graci!

i loved it. food great. vibe great. all of the staff was super nice except my server who gave me attitude. i’m a type one diabetic and have to eat gluten-free due to allergy (the place promotes the fact that they’re allergy friendly) yet when i went to make a substitution prefacing with the fact that i’m willing to pay an up charge, she gave me attitude and wouldn’t let me not get a certain food item. like i’m pretty sure that doesn’t have to be there because i was willing to pay for it i just can’t eat it. but no. so yeah, other than that, great.
