As someone who cannot have gluten, Sardine did not feel very welcoming or inclusive. Their brunch menu didn’t mention “gluten” or “gf” at all. It’s a gorgeous location with a lovely atmosphere, and the service was top notch. This restaurant is in the heart of downtown Madison, so it was very disappointing that their menu had so little information for folks who struggle with food allergies.
