Sasuke Ramen House

Yulin our wonderful server was absolutely positively amazing! We went because our daughter is a HUGE Ramen and Naruto fan. When I called the day before they said they didn't have gluten free options but Yulin said they do they just have to modify a few dishes ( not the ramen bowls). She made sure everything was gluten free and cooked safely and I didn't not get sick FYI! Thank you Yulin!!!

Another great Ramen Restaurant to grace our town! Went with the missus to give it a shot and was not disappointed! Had the chicken karaage and edamame to start as well as two bowls of the tonkotsu ramen. Food came out fine; edamame was perfect and the karaage was pretty good - the chicken melted in your mouth but my fiancee and I do feel that the breading needs some work. Maybe potato starch for that satisfying (and gluten free) crunch plus some heftier seasonings to really make each piece pop? The dipping sauce that came with the karaage really helped and was a tasty addition! The ramen we ordered was almost perfect - noodles were a little harder than I would personally like when they first came out but letting them soak a bit longer in the soup base softened them up. The flavor of the soup base itself was absolutely divine! We will both be returning for seconds in the near future!
