Listen I love satchels and wish I could eat their regular pizza but my gluten intolerance will not allow. So I opt for the gluten sensitive option millet and flax pizza which is yummy. I do not actually recommend this for anyone who is gluten sensitive. I believe this crust is from Sami’s Bakery and they literally list gluten and wheat as allergens for this pizza due to high cross contamination. I felt terrible after eating this pizza and they should not have this labeled even gluten sensitive.

First time at Satchels main restaurant. I had a regular pepperoni pizza and my wife and daughter had the gluten free medium. The pizzas were good but we definitely liked the square pizza at Satchels Sqaured better. The building is unique from penny floors to stained glass windows. Toys an trinkets.

Pizzas huge and ambiance great! Not the best pizza I’ve ever had but you can tell the quality is there. Gets pretty pricey with over $2 a topping though. Good gluten sensitive crust (soft with body not just a flat cracker). The homemade sodas are super tasty but I wish they had at least a paper straw option (I find it gross to drink from the rims of cups). The older guy that seemed like the owner or manager was very nice at the end but our waitress was very slow and quiet, took over 15 minutes to bring our drinks and she barely stopped by. Long wait for table and food.
