I love the Moniyahan Food Hall for its variety and atmosphere, and one of my favorite places to eat there is Sauce. The gluten free pizza option is fresh, crunchy, and delicious. And, it's one of the few times that I don't miss the wheat-ful alternative. Nearly every pizza is available on this crust... But beware. They are expensive! 10" is basically a single serving and the price before taxes is $25-29. Ouch! Lower that price, folks, and you might see me there every week.
