Sauce Nouvelle is an 11/10. The guys were very hospitable. It was my first time at the shop. They helped me make a decision on which sandwich to order (kiwi pesto pork), and they made me feel comfortable with my gluten allergy. The flavors are so inventive, and they switch it up every few weeks. I can’t wait to return to see what they’re cooking up!

One of the best gluten free sandwiches we had on our trip. The chef created a sandwich off menu for us and we were not disappointed!! Service was great! Above and beyond!!
