Sauci Pasta

As a first-time visitor from Orlando, FL, I was impressed with Sauci Pasta! The hype about their daily fresh-made pasta and sauces is legit. I ordered the Combo Meal, which was a salad, pasta, and a fountain drink. The Caesar salad was simple, the dressing had a great, tangy bite. I went with the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs, but upgraded to the gluten free pasta. The pasta had that wonderful al dente chew you only get from fresh pasta, and the meatballs were incredibly tender and well-seasoned. The portions were also very generous, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, fresh Italian.

Very nice employees! Music was good, place was very clean, very creamy pasta. Gluten free, nut free, dairy free, and vegan options.

I was skeptical, now I’m hooked. Now all I think about is pasta 🍝it’s a great place to grab and go or sit down like a human being and eat a meal on a clean table without the trash cans overflowing….YES I AM TAKING ABOUT YOU Crazy BOWL PLACE ACROSS THE PARKING LOT! Where was I…ahh yes 🍝 pasta, this place is Noiice like fancy and stuff but not expensive. I got a mini bowl and was full. A regular sized bowl can feed 2-3 people’s. They have gluten free/ vegan pasta options and sauces with out dairy. Lasagna and carbonara were a smash 💥
