A dear friend took me for dinner to Sauvage, and I enjoyed every part of the meal! From the moment we sat down until we left, we were presented with course after course of interesting, delicious, with delicate flavours and textures that I’d never had the opportunity to sample before. The tart was my favorite, and the burnt birch sauce that was served with my meal was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic and excellent recommendations were made being celiac, my meal was accommodated easily and that doesn’t happen very often for me. Thank you, for making my first experience at Sauvage so memorable .
