An extraordinary discovery, a fixed stop for the next Milanese releases! We had the pleasure of having lunch at Savô, a gourmet pizzeria that was recommended to us by Lorenzo, one of the very knowledgeable, helpful and kind waiters. The place is super refined, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere that immediately makes it clear that every detail is designed to offer a unique experience. We started with a delicious "Plate" of mixed cured meats, very high quality products, one of the best bresaola I have ever eaten. We then continued with a salad with prawns for my girlfriend, fresh and light, perfect for a light lunch and a "Scrocchiarella Gourmet" for me, with mortadella, rocket, chopped pistachios and burrata, crunchy, crumbly, with fresh and tasty ingredients, all perfectly balanced, truly irresistible. To conclude, we couldn't help but try the Panna Cotta with berries, soft and creamy, a dessert that ended the lunch in style. The staff, in addition to always being helpful and courteous in the attention paid to preparing dishes for my girlfriend (allergic to gluten and eggs), stands out for the preparation and passion that shines through in their work. We will definitely return and will gladly recommend it to everyone. An experience that really deserves to be lived if you happen to be in Milan.

If you are looking for a unique gastronomic experience, this is the right place! We went as a couple, and we were welcomed by a super refined, elegant and at the same time welcoming environment, perfect for a relaxing but special moment. The kindness and preparation of the staff, in particular Lorenzo, who advised us with great competence and whom we thank very much, made the experience even more pleasant. We started with a delicious charcuterie board, which immediately won over our palate, followed by a prawn salad for me: fresh and tasty. The real surprise was the pizza: my boyfriend opted for a scrocchiarella with mortadella, rocket and pistachio... a crazy combination! The base was very thin and crunchy, while the toppings were perfectly balanced, creating a mix of flavors that won him over at the first bite. To conclude, a soft and velvety panna cotta, delicious and above all fresh! The ideal dessert to end on a high note. I would have gladly done an encore if I had more space 😂. They also have Gluten Free options, which adds more points in their favor! In short, a place where you can really feel the quality of the raw materials, combined with attention to detail and impeccable service. We will definitely return - adding it to our itinerary as a fixed stop when we return to Milan - and we can't help but recommend it to all lovers of gourmet cuisine!
