Savoury Kitchen

I asked the Head Chef if he could cater for my wife who is a hyper sensitive Coleiac, I offered to purchase a Wok for the business so that she wouldn't catch contamination from the other meals cooked into the wok which may have had Gluten in them prior burny into the Wok. The chef advised he would be happy to use a fresh Wok and keep it for GF clients. I went down the following day and advised my wife was Coleiac and we ordered from the menu, the Chef quickly advised me that the S & S Pork my wife wanted contains Gluten, so he stated that the Chicken and Vegetable and the Garlic Beef and Vegetable he could cook GF as well as the Special Fried Rice. So much care was taken rhat we enjoyed a lovely takeaway meal together, which is a rare thing for us without my wife catching Gluten. A massive well done to the Chef and the team at Savoury Kitchen I promised we would be back and we certainly will be. 🙂
