We went on opening night, my friend is celiac and Miran and the chef went out of their way to accommodate her and we ended up having one of the best meals ever. The lamb chops were charred slightly and cooked perfectly medium rare. The hummus with beef cheeks was like nothing we ever tasted before, the meat melts in your mouth. I don’t like rose water but the pudding dessert with flambé bananas and pistachio with rose water was one of the best desserts I’ve had in the city. No doubt this place will blow up soon, and I am super glad to have been able to go early!
