Surreal experience. This place should be a candidate for an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.
Disorganization reigns supreme, high prices, wrong or forgotten orders, absent staff and interminable waiting times (over two hours to eat).
The tables were not even cleared and table service was practically non-existent.
The disaster began with the gluten-free pizza: completely inedible, with a very salty sauce and raw mozzarella placed on top in the least worst way. When we asked (politely) to put it back in the oven, the response was shocking: "Mozzarella doesn't melt anyway".
As if that wasn't enough, the situation worsened with the beer, which was served to us expired, a very serious and unacceptable fact. Even theoretically simple dishes like salads and piadinas were terrible: the salad was dry and the piadina was raw.
Even the "normal" pizza was raw, the dough stuck to the palate.
To complete the picture: the pizza chef was alone, on a Saturday night… doing everything: Kneading, seasoning, cooking. A single man in command of a disaster.
We got up from the table at one, paid and left. Exhausted and with a ruined evening.
An experience not to be repeated. Absolutely not recommended, both for the quality of the food and for the total lack of professionalism and customer care.
