My partner was given the wrong dish when she asked for gluten free pasta. She was instead given regular pasta and had almost finished her meal by the staff realised the mistake when they went to give the GF meal to another customer. She was very ill the next day as she's gluten intolerant. The staff were very apologetic and it was an honest mistake. However, if this happened to someone with a severe allergy things could have been much worse. The staff and management should perhaps review how they organise the kitchen.
