We've tried their food three times now. The gluten free bun always makes me sick. I am guessing it is cross-contamination since I can eat Udi's products without issues on their own.
The worst is on 5/22/24 they sold out of chicken. No signs anywhere about this and we waited in line for nearly 20 minutes to order. The person taking orders said no one showed up to cook chicken. ???? We were told they could replace the chicken with bacon. We are kosher so bacon is never an option for us. No manager was present, or at least that is what we were told. Shocking that a restaurant is run like this. 3 stars because the restaurant was clean. 1 star for everything else.
