Disclaimer: I am gluten free, but not celiac, and do not have immediate reactions to gluten exposure. I am giving my experience based on taste and service. As always, how "safe" the food is for other gluten free people may vary depending on your sensitivity. I love eating here. The staff is always so friendly and try to help even if things (like issues with the app) are outside of their control. If anything has ever been amiss, they are always eager to fix the situation. I go here for gluten free pizzas and some of the best gluten free bread buns I've ever had. Always tastes super fresh, and the bread doesn't fall apart immediately like other gf bread buns. They have also been knowledgeable about things when I've asked them about menu items being gluten free. I also like that it's not outrageous to make an item gluten free here, so I'm not feeling bad about having to pay way more. Environment-wise, I always ordered togo, so I'm not sure how clean or nice the restaurant itself is to eat in, but food-wise my experience has been 10/10.
