Schlotzsky's

This chain used to be one of my favorites. But this location at least is obviously staffed by randoms that hate their lives. The bread at schlotz used to be awesome, but it freakin sucks here. No flavor, crumbly, like a gluten free bun. We got 4 sandwiches for the family. My daughter got a grilled cheese which had the smallest amount of cheese ever. It had zero flavor. Nothing had any flavor

Best travel eating experience. Amarillo is always our lunch spot when we are traveling between Dallas and Colorado. I have a gluten sensitive diet and its hard to eat on the go. I can eat sourdough so excited I can have their pizza and bread although they do offer GF alternatives. They ran out of regular size so they brought me 2 little pizzas. The staff are super kind.
