They have Gluten Free Buns(the good ones)! This is one of the best sandwich shops ever. I was really bummed when I developed a gluten allergy years ago. One thing I really missed was a good ole Scholtsky's sandwich. The wonderful meats and fresh ingredients.
I highly recommend a Smokeese (Smoked Cheese) sandwich.
Great friendly people with a smile. (Yes you can see a smile through a mask)
