This Schlotzsky’s can be tricky to get to, physically, thanks to the road construction, but it is always worth the effort. They are consistently clean, polite, and delicious! Excellent quality in all areas! And they gluten-free buns are yummy!

I Oder the deluxe original on gluten free bun regularly. Typically the order is prepared by the owner because it seems they have so few staff. No less than 5 times I have been given a Regular sandwich. I can only assume in an effort for them to save money. The only reason I continue to go is the food is good when prepared accurately and it’s one of the few places in Dothan with gluten free items. Frustrating to Have to check your bag every time you order. More frustrating to have to go back or stay at the window because of ineptitude or intended shadiness.
