I've always been tempted by the delicious smells coming from this place while driving through Crescent City, and on this trip, we finally decided to stop in. As someone who is gluten free, I reached out in advance via Facebook to ask about gluten-free options. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and appreciated that they offered several choices. We went for dinner and chose to sit outside, which offered a lovely view of the water. I ordered the jambalaya, and my husband had the grilled version of their fish and chips. The kitchen was kind enough to modify the dish, since the original was deep fried. We also shared a half order of fries as an appetizer, and I have to say—the fries were incredible! Perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. The jambalaya was flavorful and packed with meat, but the portion size was surprisingly small. If I hadn't filled up a bit on the fries, I would have left pretty hungry—and honestly, I was a little later on. My husband’s fish was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and he really enjoyed his meal. The prices felt a bit high for the portion sizes.

My heart was SO happy to find gluten free jambalaya. The hostess was so kind and helpful. There are so many GF options, and everyone is so knowledgeable. Food is amazing. Would love to come again sometime!

I am gluten free and dairy free. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to eat the Jambalya, which was delicious, as well as shrimp skewers with no problems! My mom had the Catfish Po'Boy and my dad has the Catfish and Chips, both dishes were very good. Would 100% go back!
