When the correct one finally arrived, we were told it was gluten-free. Unfortunately, this was not the case—my partner experienced a gluten reaction shortly after eating, which made it clear the meal contained gluten. This kind of mistake is unacceptable. When a restaurant claims to accommodate dietary restrictions, they have a responsibility to ensure accuracy. The lack of care and proper communication put my partner’s health at risk and completely ruined our experience.
