This restaurant is pretty good. Dining in, the ambience is pleasant. The food is always cooked to order, so expect a wait that you'd get in a "actual restaurant" (15-20 minutes)
But it's, in my opinion, worth the wait, as the food is a huge portion and devilishly good.
The big killer is the price. I understand quality comes at a price but your average "meal combo" is around 30 bucks, which limits the amount of times I come here.
Staff are an absolute delight, the kind that make you want to smile when you interact with them.
I also give big points for having dietary options. Whilst I'm not affected by it, it's always nice to see gluten-free and meat free options that aren't just "we took out the gluten and meat" but made an actual choice for them.
