Received an uber order from them, nothing was labeled there was no receipt, the uber driver was given either the wrong bag or they just screwed up the order.
Now I know some people struggle to read and write but it's not that hard to staple a receipt to a bag and make sure the correct items are in it.
Screwing up your end and then blaming then blaming the uber driver is not good enough. The drivers can only deliver what they are given and if you think it's okay to screw up people's orders especially when they are gluten free. Then you need to rethink what it is that you do.
It shouldn't be ubers responsibility to make your screw ups right. Because now someone has to go without food seen as you seem to think it's okay to not give a customer what they paid for.
