Scjavúru Restaurant & Pizza

An experience that goes beyond a simple meal, each dish tells a story with authentic flavors and attention to detail that conquers from the first taste, everything is really excellent, high quality food, the welcome was amazing, very attentive to our needs, the gluten-free pizza is crumbly and delicious, never eaten like this, everything is truly wonderful, I recommend it to everyone to try it

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The woman who seems to run the restaurant was chaotic, inattentive and rude. She got into a screaming match with a family dining at the restaurant, and they began physically pushing each other. 8 police officers showed up to the restaurant to intervene in the dispute. Our younger male server was also extremely condescending and rude to us. I asked him what happened that the fight broke out and he laughed at me and said “nothing” and immediately walked away. The servers forgot about our food and then served us inedible, warm shrimp tartare salad that had clearly been sitting out for a long time. They did not bring our main courses until over an hour later, after we had to ask twice about where our food was. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The gluten free pizza was good but the service and atmosphere were horrendous.

We were looking for a "gluten free" place in the center of Palermo, few I would say. Excellent table service with the nice and super helpful girl. She recommended us some excellent pizzas, really good. We will definitely be back ☺️
